The present invention relates to a treatment method of wastewater comprising titanium dioxide to treat wastewater using titanium dioxide existing in wastewater and to remove titanium dioxide. More particularly, the treatment method of wastewater comprising titanium dioxide in the present invention adjusts pH of wastewater comprising titanium dioxide, electrically charges the titanium dioxide by performing an electric coagulation, and uses a coagulation reaction among charged titanium dioxide and a coagulation reaction between charged titanium dioxide and contaminants in wastewater.
