A magnetic resetting apparatus of a magnetic switch according to an aspect of the present invention to reset the magnetic switch with an initial state after conduction is completed, includes an auxiliary wire of a transformer which is used as a first main wire in the magnetic switch; a reset energy charging part which charges energy induced in the auxiliary wire which the magnetic switch is conducted; and a first switch which charges a capacitor for reset energy storage with the energy induced in the auxiliary wire, and discharges energy charged in the capacitor for reset energy storage to initialize the magnetic switch.
