Heat-insulation performance is maintained by preventing cold air of the outside from flowing into the inside of a construction through a moisture movement hole, thereby preventing mold and dew condensation. According to the present invention, a plurality of wall coupling grooves and a convex protruding hole are formed in a rear surface portion of the warm insulation material for adhesive power with an exterior material to be improved, and an opening portion which is a vacuum space is formed in the warm insulation material to have an heat-insulation effect and withstand vacuum pressure. Moreover, a buffering function of a panel and the ease of installation can be improved.
