The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating peritoneal fibrosis, comprising taurine-conjugated ursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient, and to a peritoneal dialysis solution.
