Biomedical nanoparticles are based on new engineering modular carrier macromolecules and can be linked to components that supply engineering macromolecules or intrinsic nanoparticle structures or to nano- These are the ingredients to minimize non-specific binding of particles. These nanoparticles can be used to carry components for in vivo imaging, for treatment, for vaccination, or for experimental studies, coupled with elements or molecules or components useful for diagnosis. Nanoparticle constructs are combinations of active ingredients such as imaging agents along with gene expression inhibitors or therapeutic drugs along with gene expression cassettes and polyamide mixtures useful in the treatment of microbial infections are also known.
