A door lock of a perforated card key recognition method, and a door lock handle device. The door lock handle device of the through hole card key recognition system includes a case, a handle, a resilient member for return, a drive gear, a one-direction rotation induction portion, and a motion transmission portion. The case is mounted on the outdoor side of the door. The handle rotates and reciprocates between the initial position and the operating position on the outside of the case. The resilient member for returning applies an elastic force to the handle in a direction to return the handle to the initial position in the case. The drive gear is arranged coaxially with the rotational center axis of the handle in the case and can rotate relative to the handle. The one-direction rotation inducing unit rotates the driving gear in one direction by transmitting the rotational force of the knob to the driving gear only while the knob is rotating from the initial position to the operating position in one rotation of the knob. The motion transfer unit receives the rotational motion of the driving gear every time the knob rotates once, and alternately outputs the rotational motion in the forward direction and the rotational motion in the reverse direction.
