The Ni-based single crystal alloy contains 8 to 12% of CO, 5 to 7.5% of Cr, 0.2 to 1.2% of Mo, 5 to 7% of W, 5 to 6.5% of Al, 8 to 12% of Ta, 0.01 to 0.2% of Hf, 2 to 4% of Re, and 0.005 to 0.1% of Si and the balance of Ni and inevitable impurities.
