The present invention relates to a simulation apparatus for sand production by producing gas hydrate, comprising: a pressure cell including a body filled with a sediment sample, a pressure accumulation piston applying pressure accumulation to the sediment sample filling the body, a fluid injection port formed on one side of the outer circumferential surface of a front end portion of the body and injecting a fluid into an accommodation space of the body filled with the sediment sample, a screen installed in the rear end portion of the accommodation space of the body, a cylindrical production guide member coupled to the rear end portion of the body on the rear side of the screen and allowing the fluid and the sediment sample produced through the screen to move therethrough, and a cylindrical discharge assembly having a fluid discharge port formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof to discharge the fluid produced through the screen and coupled to the rear side of the production guide member; a temperature and humidity chamber allowing the pressure cell to be installed therein and adjusting the temperature of the pressure cell; a methane gas cylinder supplying a methane gas through the fluid injection port of the pressure cell to produce a gas hydrate within the pressure cell; and a post-pressure adjuster connected to the fluid discharge port to adjust pressure within the pressure cell. When a gas and water are produced through the fluid discharge port due to dissociation of the gas hydrate, the sediment sample filling the accommodation space passes through the screen of the pressure cell so as to be introduced to the discharge assembly, thus simulating production of sand.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
