The present invention relates to a smart apparatus for removing scattered dust through a water friction splash effect between radial water particles and scattered dust. The smart apparatus for removing scattered dust comprises: a scattered dust suction fan module (100); a water friction splash-type scattered dust removing module (200); a water supply tank unit (300); a pressure control valve (400); a sludge discharge module (500); a PLC control module (600). In addition, the smart apparatus for removing scattered dust can improve the scattered dust removing rate up to 80% in comparison with the conventional scattered dust removing rate, and can improve the frequent apparatus failure rate up to 70% in comparison with the conventional frequent apparatus failure rate, wherein the frequent apparatus failure is caused by sludge.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
