The present invention relates to a fluorinated side chain polyoxyethylene-based polymer produced by re-inducing a fluorinated group to a side chain terminal of a polyoxyethylene-based polymer having an alkyl sulfonyl group as a side chain. The fluorinated side chain polyoxyethylene-based polymer represented by chemical formula 1 according to the present invention is characterized in that fluorine atoms are arranged at a high ratio on the surface of a polymer membrane even when a content of fluorine is low compared to a conventional fluorine polymer, so a similar or better function (lower surface energy) is ensured compared to a conventional fluorine polymer. A content of fluorine in a polymer is low, so costs are reduced. At the same time, adhesive strength with respect to a base material is high, and the polymer may be dissolved in a general organic solvent, thereby being advantageously used in a polymer membrane (coating) producing process.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
