The present invention relates to a method for producing antimicrobial peptide. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for mass-producing antimicrobial peptide, the method comprising: fusing an antimicrobial peptide gene with a green fluorescent protein gene expressed insolubly in colon bacilli; inducing and expressing the same in colon bacilli; removing green fluorescent protein; and obtaining antimicrobial peptide. According to the present invention, provided is a method for producing antimicrobial peptide having high production yield with a simple and economical production process, so a natural antibiotic which may replace a conventional antibiotic is provided to the pharmaceutical and feed industries in which an antibiotic having a novel action mechanism is needed so as to repel resistant strains of rapidly increasing multidrug-resistant microorganisms.
