The present invention relates to an air-type photovoltaic-thermal hybrid system to efficiently remove waste heat for electrical energy generation by inducing solar heat with heat generated in an electrical generation process using sunlight of photovoltaic generation equipment and to efficiently collect a heat source necessary for heating. The air-type photovoltaic-thermal hybrid system comprises: an outer frame which is provided to be mounted on an outer wall of a building; a solar cell module which is disposed at the upper portion of the outer frame and receives sunlight to generate electric energy; an insulation back panel which is positioned at an interval from the solar cell module and is disposed at the lower portion of the outer frame to block heat loss to the outside; an air pocket space which is formed between the solar cell module and the insulation back panel to form a space capable of accommodating air in the outer frame, and is provided to communicate with each of inlet and outlet of air; and multiple baffle bodies which are provided on the insulation back panel to protrude toward the air pocket space and come in contact with air, and transfers the heat generated and conducted from the solar cell module, to air, wherein the baffle bodies partition the air pocket space, and include an air flow path disposed at intervals on the insulation back panel to form a path through which the air accommodated in the air pocket space is movable.
