The inventors of the present invention conducted an improvement of the inactivation treatment method of the Japanese encephalitis virus vaccine and the safety of the prepared vaccine by mixing a plurality of vaccines. As a result, it succeeded in producing a Japanese encephalitis vaccine which can be stably stored for a longer period than the conventional Japanese encephalitis vaccine, and which is produced by cell culture and has high safety. It is also expected that a vaccine with good storage stability can be produced by the same production method even for other virus vaccines.
