The present invention relates to a bubble removing apparatus for a fabric for optical sheets, a high-brightness optical sheet manufacturing system including the same, a bubble removing method for a fabric for a high-brightness optical sheet, and a bubble removing method. A bubble removing device for fabric for an optical sheet according to a preferred embodiment includes an ultrasonic unit, a coating unit, and a transfer unit. The ultrasonic unit vibrates the fabric for the optical sheet to remove bubbles in the fabric for the optical sheet. The coating unit is disposed adjacent to the ultrasonic unit to coat the coating liquid on the fabric for the optical sheet. The transfer unit transfers the fabric for the optical sheet to the outside after passing through the ultrasonic unit and the coating unit.
