The present invention relates to a web GIS-based integrated water information display system for climate changes and a method using the same. The web GIS-based integrated water information display system can check demands and supplies by region and use and various water resource information, check changes in water resources and water shortage regions in real time in an emergency, and provide an integrated water information display environment for a rapid and effective response to the emergency due to climate changes by referring to the reproduction of a scenario established under emergency conditions. The web GIS-based integrated water information display system comprises an integrated water information database, a control and processing unit, a GIS processing unit, a GUI unit, and a display unit. The GIS processing unit displays water resource information and facility location information on a map.
