The present invention relates to a system and a method for analyzing fatigue caused by a structure of a power plant and a structure of a device, and more specifically, to a system and a method which obtain a temperature distribution in each structure in a power plant to calculate thermal stress, calculate principal stress from the thermal stress, combine stress of various factors such as temperature, pressure, and an external force with the calculated principal stress to obtain the total stress, and calculate the fatigue of the power plant from the total stress.
