Disclosed are a method and system for measurement based on two-wire low-voltage power line communication. The method for measurement based on two-wire low-voltage power line communication may comprise the steps of: blocking power supply of a second battery unit to a meter for a facility via a power line when a second voltage of the second battery unit of a remote instruction unit, which is dropped by a current limiting resistor, is lower than a first voltage of a first battery unit of the meter for the facility; and performing power supply of the second battery unit to the meter for the facility via the power line when the second voltage of the second battery unit of the remote instruction unit, which is dropped by the current limiting resistor, is equal to or higher than the first voltage of the first battery unit of the meter for the facility.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
