The present invention relates to an automatic interlock control system for fault substrates on a surface mounting line, and the objective of the present invention is to provide an automatic interlock control system for fault substrates on a surface mounting line in order to secure reliability of products in the corresponding line by realizing the interlock technology of controlling a conveyor to prevent fault products identified in each inspection process from moving to the next process during the surface mounting line process in a production management system of a surface mounting line using a relay board as a medium. To that end, the automatic interlock control system, which includes a soldering inspection device, a mounting device, a working table, and a heat curing furnace, is linked with a production management system. The soldering inspection device, the mounting device, the working table, and the heat curing furnace are connected by a SMEMA conveyor cable. The SMEMA cable connecting the working table and the heat curing furnace is connected while passing through the relay board. The production management system receives data from the barcode reader of the soldering inspection device, the mounting device, and the working table and then outputs signals to the relay board selectively to realize interlock.
