An embodiment of the present invention, in a solar chimney tower and an energy collecting device, provides the solar chimney tower and the energy collecting device comprising: a heat collecting unit with a floor unit having a plurality of first protrusion units and a roof unit positioned on an upper side of the floor unit having a plurality of second protrusion units heating internal air by absorbing solar energy with the floor unit and the roof unit arranged at a predetermined interval; a chimney unit positioned on a center of the heat collecting unit through which the air heated by the heat collecting unit is collected and discharged thereafter; and an electricity producing unit positioned inside the chimney unit, including a turbine, producing electricity by a rotation of the turbine. A plurality of first and second protrusion units are formed by turns in a vertical direction; and the purpose of the present invention is to solve a problem of low power generation efficiency of the solar chimney tower by increasing a thermal efficiency per unit area of the heat collecting unit.
