The present invention relates to a water treatment system using a fluidized filter medium based on a modified A2O technique. In a bioreactor tank sequentially operated in anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic conditions, a bioreactor tank of anaerobic-anoxic-oxic (A2O) technique in particular, a fluidized filter medium is injected into an intermittent aeration tank and denitrification is induced in the intermittent aeration tank when a stay time shortage occurs in the denitrification condition (anoxic) in the configuration of the modified A2O technique, and thus a low mixed liquor suspended solid (MLSS, microbial concentration in aeration tank) can be maintained based on adhesive microbe utilization and a long solid retention teim (SRT) is maintained for sludge reduction, nitrogen removal improvement, and flexible response to load change. According to the present invention, the water treatment system using a fluidized filter medium based on a non-modified A2O technique comprises: an organic wastewater and sewage inflow portion; a bioreactor tank sequentially operated in anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic conditions, and having the fluidized filter medium injected therein; and a pressurizing floating device including a pressurizing floating tank provided with a treated water inflow portion and a discharge portion.
