Disclosed are a system and a method for compulsively guiding an Internet connection of a user terminal. The system for compulsively guiding an Internet connection of a user terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: at least one user terminal including a computer; a switch and a router for controlling an Internet connection of the user terminal; and a compulsive guiding means which is positioned between the switch and the router, analyzes an upstream traffic of the user terminal to detect a domain name server (DNS) packet, checking whether a domain of the detected DNS packet which is to be connected with exists in a pre-registered domain table to determine whether to perform a compulsive guide, generating, when it is determined to compulsively guide the detected DNS packet, a response DNS packet including an address of a predetermined specific server based on a database policy of a corresponding Internet service provider so as to be connected to the specific server, and then transmitting the response DNS packet to the user terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
