The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, ameliorating or treating liver disorders comprising soybean fermented by Bacillus aryabhattai as an active ingredient. The soybean fermented product of Bacillus thuringiensis according to the present invention has an α-SMA inhibiting activity, which can inhibit hepatic fibrosis and can be used as a composition for prevention, improvement or treatment of liver disease.
