The present invention relates to a thermally stable human epidermal cell growth factor-spider venom fusion protein consisting of an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 and having an improved skin cell proliferating effect; a gene for coding a human epidermal cell growth factor-spider venom fusion protein consisting of a base sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 which is colon bacillus optimized; a recombinant vector including the gene; a host cell transformed by the recombinant vector; a method for producing a human epidermal cell growth factor-spider venom fusion protein by transforming a host cell by the recombinant vector; and a cosmetic composition for alleviating skin wrinkles and maintaining skin elasticity, wherein the cosmetic composition includes a human epidermal cell growth factor-spider venom fusion protein as an active ingredient.
