Disclosed herein are novel exciplex steroid derivatives of Formula 1, stereoisomers thereof, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, prodrugs thereof, hydrates thereof or solvates thereof. [Chemical Formula 1] Wherein A is an azide (-N ₃ ) or triazole derivative. Also disclosed are a method for preparing the above-mentioned uvylserone derivative, an isomer thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a prodrug thereof, a hydrate thereof or a solvate thereof, and a novel use thereof.
