The present invention relates to a crosslinked PNIPAM microgel containing fluororesin and a rhodamine fluorescent monomer in a polymer main chain, and a method for producing the same, and relates to selective detection and concentration analysis of glucose using the same. It is detected and analyzed by fluorescence change of crosslinked PNIPAM microgel containing fluorescent monomer depending on the degree of glucose oxidation by GOx. At this time, it is characterized by being able to selectively detect glucose among various monosaccharides and to easily utilize it through change in fluorescence which can be visually distinguished in an aqueous solution. It is possible to apply not only the glucose but also the sensor material for the substance causing the pH change by using a new material capable of selectively sensing the glucose. It can complement the sensitivity and safety of the existing sensor material, It has all of the characteristics necessary for sensor functions such as gender. Therefore, it can be applied as a sensor material in various fields with pH change.
