More specifically, the system for providing money-back guarantee brokerage service for short-term leased object and product facilitates a secure transaction between a lessee and a lessor by enabling an intermediate server that intermediates between a lessor-side terminal and a lessee-side terminal to pay a guaranty deposit for refund corresponding to a contract deposit that is not used yet and a period of time for which the leased object or product is not used for the lessee pursuant to a refund policy when a lease contract for the short-term leased object or product is rescinded before the expiration of the contract, wherein the short-term leased object refers to accommodation for examiners, hotel-type accommodation for examiners, a guesthouse, a studio apartment, a boarding house, and the like, in which the lessee is contracted to live for a predetermined period of time, and the short-term leased product refers to a product that the lessee is contracted to use for a predetermined period of time.
