The present invention relates to a micro-fluid control apparatus and a method for controlling a micro-fluid using the same. The micro-fluid control apparatus comprises: a panel in which a micro-channel, via which a fluid is introduced, is formed; a sensor unit which is configured to measure flow characteristics of the fluid inside the micro-channel; a pressure control conduit which is connected to one side of the micro-channel, which is configured to enable the height thereof to be controlled so that hydrostatic pressure is changed, and in which an opening is formed on one side thereof so that the fluid is exposed to the outside; a driving unit which is configured to control the height of the pressure control conduit; and a control unit which receives input of a criterion from a user, receives a measurement value from the sensor unit, and controls the driving unit. A high-speed control apparatus and method for a flow inside a micro-channel using a change in height of a tube according to the present invention, can control the height of the pressure control conduit, in which an opening is formed, at high speed, and thus a flow inside the micro-channel can be controlled at high speed and a large amount of fluid can be introduced from an input liquid container, thereby providing effects that a large number of samples can be processed and micro-control of a flow can be performed. Furthermore, the apparatus can be implemented by using low cost equipment, and thus a flow of a fluid inside a micro-channel can be stably and accurately controlled at high speed even when low-accuracy mechanical equipment is employed, thereby reducing costs of a control apparatus.
