The present invention comprises: a first injection pipe provided with a plurality of branch pipes to inject one or more from a grout material and a mixture; a second injection pipe forming a coupling hole unit into which the first injection pipe inserted to form a plurality of flow paths and installing a supply pipe to supply the grout material or the mixture to one of the flow paths; a blocking unit blocking or opening a gap between a discharge hole of the second injection pipe and the first injection pipe; and a lifting and lowering unit opening or closing the blocking unit by lifting or lowering the first injection pipe.
