The present invention relates to a nickel-based super heat resisting alloy manufacturing method, and a nickel-based super heat resisting alloy manufactured by the same. The nickel-based super heat resisting alloy manufacturing method comprises: a step of inputting a nickel-chromium-tungsten (Ni-Cr-W) based alloy, aluminum (Al), trichloride sodium (NaCl_3), and alumina (Al_3Ni) into a heating furnace; a step of forming an aluminum nickelide coating layer (Al_3Ni) on a surface of the nickel-chromium-tungsten (Ni-Cr-W) based alloy by heating the heating furnace; and a step of forming an alumina (Al_2O3) surface protective layer by oxidizing a surface of the aluminum nickelide coating layer (Al_3Ni). The nickel-based super heat resisting alloy manufacturing method is capable of improving high-temperature ablation resistance.
