The present invention relates to a high purity industrial water supply system using ultrafiltration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO) membranes by reusing released wastewater and effluent. The high purity industrial water supply system of the present invention comprises: a tank or a storage tank (10); a UF feed pump (20); a UF unit (30); a UF CIP system (40); a UF treated water storage (50); a UF backwashing pump (60); a chemical (NaOCl) dosing unit (70); an RO membrane feed pump (80); a cartridge filter (90); an SBS dosing unit (100); an antiscalant dosing unit (110); an RO membrane high pressure pump (120); an RO membrane unit (130); and an industrial reservoir (140). Substances included in released wastewater and effluent such as SS substances, turbid substances, polymer organic substances, and the like, are completely removed by using the UF. Thus, a treatment efficiency and a recovery efficiency of an RO membrane system on the rear side are enhanced, thereby increasing operation stability and recovery rate of the entire system.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
