Disclosed is an outer race manufacturing method using hot-forging. According to the present invention, the outer race manufacturing method using hot-forging in the method of manufacturing an outer race with a head unit wherein a ball and a ball cage are received and a shaft unit protruding backward to the head unit using hot-forging, comprises: (S1) an up-setting step of up-setting a cylindrical subject by cutting alloy steel and pressurizing the cut alloy steel in a longitudinal direction thereof; (S2) a blocker step of forming a preliminary molded forging in a hot-forging method by forming the cylindrical subject gone through the up-setting step into a preliminary molded object composed of a head unit and a shaft unit with different diameters, and molding the preliminary molded object in a direction parallel to an axis of the preliminary molded object under a vacuum condition; and (S3) a finisher step of forming the outer race in hot-forging by molding the preliminary molded forging in a direction parallel to an axis of the preliminary molded forging under a second vacuum condition. According to this, a particle structure of the molded object obtained by hot-forging is regularly maintained by preventing a temperature difference of the upper and lower molds generated during a case of molding using the upper and lower molds, and preventing scale due to massive oxidation.
