The present invention relates to a real-time underground pipe management system using an underground water/sewage pipe location checking device. More specifically, the real-time underground pipe management system using an underground water/sewage pipe location checking device comprises: a plurality of housing units installed on the surface of the ground above a plurality of underground pipes buried underground and disposed along the underground pipes; a plurality of location checking units connected to corresponding portions of the housing units and the underground pipes to three-dimensionally check displacement of the corresponding portions of the underground pipes; a main control unit to receive the displacement of the corresponding portions of the underground pipes checked by the location checking units at prescribed times to calculate displacement values of the underground pipes at the times to check buried locations; a database to store data at the times for the displacement values received by the main control unit and the calculated buried locations; a display unit which is controlled by the main control unit and displays the received locations and displacement values of the corresponding portions of the underground pipes; and a communication unit which is controlled by the main control unit and transmits the displacement values and the locations of the underground pipes to a prescribed portable terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
