The present invention relates to a modified EPDM rubber and an EPDM rubber composition for an engine mount using the modified EPDM rubber. More particularly, the present invention relates to a modified EPDM rubber obtained by grafting polyethylene oxide or polystyrene to a maleic anhydride grafted EPDM rubber and an EPDM rubber composition using the modified EPDM rubber. The EPDM rubber composition of the present invention can be applied to an engine mount and the like because the EPDM rubber composition of the present invention has mechanical properties superior to those of a natural rubber material and exhibits excellent heat resistance which is difficult to realize in a natural rubber material.
