The present invention relates to 1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-7- (8-methoxyimino-2,6-diaza-spiro [3,4] oct- Dihydro- [1,8] naphthyridine-3-carboxylic acid D-aspartate and an antimicrobial active composition containing the same. The present invention provides a hydrate of zabloxacin D-aspartate, which hardly adsorbs and desorbs water, and provides stable zobofloxacin D-aspartate 1.5 hydrate. The Zabloxacin D-aspartate hydrate according to the present invention hardly absorbs moisture and has excellent physico-chemical properties. Therefore, it is not easily destroyed by the preparation containing the sapofloxacin D-aspartate salt hydrate according to the present invention, particularly the tablet formulation, and the content of the main ingredient is hardly changed, so that the stability of the formulation is excellent.
