The present invention uses sensible heat of synthetic gas generated by a water gas conversion module in heating supercritical carbon dioxide to enable the sensible heat of the synthetic gas to be collected, thereby being capable of performing high efficiency power generation using the supercritical carbon dioxide as well as reducing energy loss when the synthetic gas is cooled. In addition, the present invention uses exhaust heat of the high temperature supercritical carbon dioxide, discharged when a turbine of a supercritical carbon dioxide power generation module is driven, in heating the synthetic gas, thereby making a facility such as a condenser for discharging the heat of the supercritical carbon dioxide unnecessary as well saving energy consumption needed in heating the synthetic gas. A coal gasification plant of the present invention comprises: a water gas conversion module; an acidic gas removal module; a synthetic gas heater; a synthetic gas reactor; and the supercritical carbon dioxide power generation module having a compressor and a turbine.
