The present invention relates to a realistic smart pillar display device through streaming image expression for a driver seat pillar blind zone. The smart pillar display device comprises: a first lens array unit (100) protruding from one external side surface of a driver seat pillar of a vehicle; an image sensor unit (200) located in a rear end of the first lens array unit; a flexible OLED display unit (300); a second lens array unit (400) located on a surface of an upper end of the flexible OLED display unit; a realistic image mask unit (500) made of a mask pattern shape; a realistic image control unit (600); and a key input unit (700).
