The present invention relates to a BIM design collaboration device including: a communication unit; a design material storage unit in which a design material of a BIM model related to a BIM project is stored; an issue storage unit in which issue information related to design cooperation of the BIM model is stored; a design participant information storage unit in which design participant information of the BIM model is stored; and a control unit that represents and provides time series-related information between a plurality of BIM models according to a design progress of the BIM project in a tree form. Through this, the time series relationship of the BIM models according to the design progress can be identified, a BIM model can be identified at each design progress, and a BIM model according to a design adopted or not adopted according to a progress of the BIM project can be identified, so that efficiency of a cooperation design can be improved, and the identified results can be utilized for tracing a design history or referencing historical data in a design process.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
