The present invention relates to a construction method for a portal frame structure on the ground having a support pile. According to the present invention, when a portal frame structure for a new track is constructed, the portable frame structure passes a support pile without avoiding the support pile constructed to support a structure on the ground. The construction method for a portal frame structure on the ground having the support pile enables stable and smooth construction for a portal frame structure on the ground without deforming the structure on the ground. According to the present invention, the construction method for the portal frame structure on the ground in which the support pile is constructed comprises: a grouting step of grouting to reinforcing a lower ground of the structure on the ground; a trench excavation/wall construction step of excavating the lower ground of the structure as a trench to form a wall of the portal frame structure, constructing a left and a right wall by placing the concrete; an upper slab construction step of forming an upper slab on an upper end of the left and right walls of the portal frame structure; a lifting step of transferring a reaction force of the support pile to the portal frame structure; a support pile lifting step of lifting the structure located between the left and right walls; an inner excavation/support pile removing step of removing the support pile in the portal frame structure by excavating an inside of the portal frame structure; an excavation box construction step of constructing an excavation box in the portal frame structure in which the excavation and the removal of the support pile are completed; and a backfilling step of backfilling a space between the portal frame structure and the excavation box.
