Disclosed are a surface filler for constructing alabaster artificial marble and a construction method of alabaster artificial marble. The disclosed surface filler for constructing alabaster artificial marble comprises: a main body which is made of an alabaster material; and multiple surface filling bodies which are made of an alabaster material and are formed to be separated from the main body, wherein the surface filling bodies are separated from the main body and inserted into coupling holes, which are formed in the alabaster artificial marble and to which coupling units are coupled, to fill the coupling holes while covering the coupling units.
