The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyamide reverse osmosis membrane having excellent stain resistance, and relates to a method for imparting stain resistance by applying a hydrophilic coating on the surface of a membrane. The hydrophilic coating is prepared by coating a water-soluble polyurethane solution, followed by primary drying and secondary drying. The reverse osmosis membrane according to the production method of the present invention is used in a water treatment process in which a fouling phenomenon caused by inorganic crystals, organic matter, the fouling phenomenon can be prevented so that the water permeability is not reduced even when the separator is operated for a long period of time, so that the stain resistance can be improved.
