IP BASED MULTICHANNEL HUB DEVICE FOR CIVIL DEFENSE ALARM AND MULTICHANNEL SATELLITE ALARMING DEVICE

The present invention relates to a device for a civil defense alarm and, more specifically, to a device for a civil defense alarm capable of transmitting the civil defense alarm to the whole country or each place by using a multichannel and a duplex system. Disclosed is an IP based multichannel hub device for the civil defense alarm comprising: a satellite network media gateway unit, a voice signal matching unit, an IP encoding unit, a router unit, an IP multiplexing unit, and a satellite modulation unit. The satellite network media gateway unit receives civil defense voice alarming data through a multichannel from at least one station among a center station, a second center station, and a city and province civil defense alarming control station. The voice signal matching unit converts a signal inputted from the satellite network media gateway unit into an analog audio signal, and controls an audio level for each channel. The IP encoding unit converts the inputted analog audio signal and siren data into an IP packet, codes the analog audio signal for each channel, and converts/encodes the same by using a digital method. The router unit provides a path through local routing of a satellite civil defense alarm. The IP multiplexing unit converts the inputted IP based civil defense alarming data and the siren data into satellite data. The satellite modulation unit receives the IP based civil defense alarming data and the siren data, and modulates the same according to predetermined satellite transmission.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
