The present invention provides a heat source compensation type geothermal system which comprises: a water storage tank (110) housing room temperature water; a water supply unit (113) capable of supplying cold and warm water to a demanding place in a state of being connected to the water storage tank (110) via a water supply pipe (114); an underground heat exchanger (120) capable of acquiring geothermal heat; a plate type heat exchanger (160) capable of exchanging heat between the room temperature water of the water storage tank (110) and geothermal water of the underground heat exchanger (120) in a state of being arranged between the geothermal heat exchanger (120) and the water storage tank (110); a heat pump (140) installed between the underground heat exchanger (120) and the plate type heat exchanger (160) and having cycles for cooling and warming a room; a buffer tank (130) selectively communicating with the heat pump (140) or the plate type heat exchanger (160) to supply a room cooling or warming load; and a hot water compensation tank (150) receiving room temperature water from the water storage tank (110). The present invention provides the heat source compensation type geothermal system using the water storage tank and the geothermal source, which installs the plate type heat exchanger capable of exchanging heat between water of the water storage tank, supplying the room temperature water, and the heat source water of the underground heat exchanger to compensate the temperature of the heat source water, thereby enhancing system efficiency.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
