SPECIAL ROOF MATERIAL WITH IMPROVED STRUCTURAL REINFORCING FORCE AND IMPROVED COUPLING FORCE AND HAVING LOWER PANEL FIXATING UNIT AND SLIDING CLIP AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a special roof material with an improved structural reinforcing force and an improved coupling force and having a lower panel fixating unit and a sliding clip. More specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to reduce an indoor temperature change and to improve energy efficiency by preventing a heat transfer phenomenon that heat (cold or hot air) from the outside of an insulation panel is transmitted. The special roof material with the improved structural reinforcing force and the improved coupling force and having the lower panel fixating unit and the sliding clip includes a perforated panel joined to a frame and having furrow units at constant intervals; upper panels formed in an upper side of the perforated panel; an internal material filled in a space between the perforated panel and the upper panel; and a heat preventing fixating member connecting the perforated panel and the upper panel and preventing thermal conduction. The upper panels are integrated by seaming an upper joint part of both bent portion bent upward into a rectangular C-shape and bent portions of other upper panel adjoining to the upper panel while the bent portions of the upper panels are in contact with each other. The upper panel comprises a sliding bridge fixated onto an upper rail of the heat preventing fixating member and having a connection unit with fitting grooves on both ends inserted between the bent portions and the upper clip stood in a vertical direction by joining a hook unit formed in a lower part with the fitting groove and seamed by inserting a coupling formed in an upper part between the bent portions.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
