According to an embodiment of the present invention, a manufacturing method of hydrophilic aerogel comprises the following steps: preparing hydrophobic aerogel; and sintering the hydrophobic aerogel to manufacture the hydrophilic aerogel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hydrophilic aerogel is manufactured with a mixed composition comprising hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity by a process of sintering the hydrophobic aerogel in a temperature-elevated state, thereby simplifying a manufacturing process.
