The present invention provides a cartilage holder for a nasal septum extension graft. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cartilage holder is to fixedly grasp a cartilage when the nasal septum extension graft is carried out. The cartilage holder includes upper and lower clamp members having grip parts formed at front ends thereof and pressing parts formed at rear ends thereof, spaced apart from each other, and elastically supported. The upper and lower clamp members are rotated around a hinge part so that the grasp parts are spaced apart from each other as the pressing parts approach each other by an external force. The grasp parts have a ring shape.
