The present invention relates to a wide range microcurrent-voltage conversion module for radiation measurement. More specifically, since a module is manufactured to convert a microcurrent signal, outputted from an optical sensor used for a radiation detector, into a voltage by measuring current output throughout a wide range from a number of pA to dozens of μA, the present invention is capable of improving accuracy by minimizing an offset voltage as well as precisely and accurately converting a microcurrent into a linear shape by effectively noises, disturbing the measurement of currents, through first and second low frequency filters. Since a conversion module is manufactured to maintain stable and accurate linearity throughout the entire area from hundreds of pA to dozens of μA, which is a wide range microcurrent output range of the optical sensor, the present invention is capable of improving the reliability of radiation measurement, and solving an existing problem that a user has to select and use one among two different microcurrent-voltage conversion modules, having accurate conversional linearity, or use the microcurrent-voltage conversion modules together depend on characteristics of the optical sensor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
