The present invention relates to a smart card for processing multiple subscribers information, capable of using a plurality of subscriber numbers in one electronic device, an electronic device, and management of multiple subscribers in the electronic device. The smart card includes: a terminal communication unit connected to a smart card communication unit of an electronic device to transmit and receive data to and from the electronic device; a storage unit for storing subscriber information files stored therein with a plurality of pieces of subscriber related information including a plurality of pieces of subscriber number information and identified by respective subscriber related information; and a processor for modification-processing, as a request for changing from a first subscriber number into a second subscriber number is received from the electronic device through the terminal communication unit, the subscriber information files to allow the electronic device to recognize the second subscriber number among the pieces of subscriber related information stored in the storage unit.
