The present invention relates to a method of automatically modeling a three-dimensional shoulder rotator cuff performed in a three-dimensional automatic modeling server capable of intuitively checking condition of a patient by easily and simply generating a three-dimensional shoulder rotator cuff of a patient through transformation of a pre-generated standard model. The method of the present invention comprises: (a) a step of generating a standard model based on medical image data of a normal person; (b) a step of receiving medical image data of a patient to generate a patient bone model on a bone part from the received medical image data; (c) a step of transforming a standard bone shape of the bone part of the standard model into a shape of the patient bone model to generate a virtual bone model, and obtaining a transformation function which transforms the standard bone shape into a shape of the patient bone model; and (d) a step of applying the transformation function to a standard muscle shape of a muscle part of the standard model to generate a virtual muscle model of the patient, and generating a virtual normal model of a patient by combining the virtual bone model with the virtual muscle model.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
