The present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly low-corrosion liquid deicing agent using an organic acid and a method of producing the same, and more specifically, to an environmentally-friendly, low-corrosion liquid deicing agent which comprises calcium chloride as the main component while inhibiting side-effects of the calcium chloride, such as corrosion of iron and environmental pollution, by incorporating an inorganic acid, and to a method of producing the same. The environmentally-friendly, low-corrosion liquid deicing agent using an organic acid of the present invention comprises: a calcium chloride solution having a concentration of 30-33%; citric acid or a citrate sa and hydrogen peroxide, wherein 0.1-1.0 wt% of the citric acid or citrate salt is included.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
