Disclosed are a concrete recovery method of a concrete pump car, and a concrete recovery apparatus of a concrete pump car recovering a remaining amount of concrete remained in a boom or a hose after a work of a concrete pump car. According to the present invention, the concrete recovery apparatus comprises: a hopper receiving the concrete; a pump transferring the concrete of the hopper to a curing point; a transfer pipe guiding the concrete transferred by the pump; a recovery pipe branched from the transfer pipe and adjacent to the hopper; a transfer pipe opening and closing valve installed to open and close the transfer pipe at a position spaced from the hopper at a distance larger than another distance from the recovery pipe; and an opening and closing means installed between the transfer pipe and the recovery pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
